Paper Frogs was set up in 2021 by Linda Humphries. Linda is a former senior technology adviser to the UK Government's chief technology officer in the Cabinet Office. She was responsible for developing the UK Government's Open Standards Principles.

She put the UK's Government Digital Service technology standards selection and governance processes in place, to improve software interoperability and share data effectively across organisational and team boundaries.

A former digital chief of staff at Co-op Group and head of The Federation - she led a co-working and event space for digital and social innovators in the heart of Manchester, UK. Moving on to set up Paper Frogs, she supports and collaborates with organisations that centre on social wellbeing and prosperity.
